About Us

Welcome to DLP Project, where we are dedicated to empowering education in the Aston and Nechells area of Birmingham through our Developing SEN Provision project. Our mission is to ensure that every child has access to quality education, regardless of their unique learning needs.

In partnership with 19 primary schools in the area, we offer comprehensive support through specialised courses, provision of physical resources, and fostering a strong network for collaboration and knowledge-sharing.

We organise courses that are tailored to meet the diverse needs of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), equipping educators with the latest strategies and techniques to support their students effectively. From inclusive teaching methods to specialized interventions, we provide the tools necessary for creating inclusive and supportive learning environments.

Additionally, we understand the importance of having the right resources to facilitate learning. Through our project, we supply schools with essential physical resources, ranging from assistive technologies to sensory equipment, ensuring that every child has access to the tools they need to thrive academically and socially.

Collaboration is at the heart of what we do. By fostering a network of schools, educators, and stakeholders, we encourage collaboration and the sharing of best practices. Through regular networking events, workshops, and online forums, we create opportunities for professionals to connect, learn from each other, and collectively drive positive change in SEN provision.
At Titan Partnership managing the project on the behalf of the schools, we are committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of students with SEN and their communities. Together with our partner schools, we strive to create an inclusive educational landscape where every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Join us in our mission to build a brighter future for every child, one where diversity is celebrated, and every voice is heard.

We take pride in our ability to bridge the gap between schools and our project, facilitating seamless collaboration and support. Through regular communication channels, personalised consultations, and tailored CPD, we work closely with school administrators, educators, and staff to understand their specific needs and challenges. By fostering strong relationships, we ensure that our project aligns closely with the goals and priorities of each school.
This approach allows us to deliver targeted support, resources, and training that directly address the unique requirements of the Aston and Nechells area schools, ultimately enhancing SEN provision and student outcomes.
