IT equipment supporting Transition

The DLP project has given up to 6 IT devices to support bridging the gap of learning for the SEN pupils.
We have delivered what schools have asked for. As part of our SEND Developing Local Provision Project, we were able to provide SEND primary pupils with devices to support their education and learning. This also follows the pupils and supports the transition to Secondary school. The focus has been on Year 5 & 6 SEN pupils so they can build on their successes right through to secondary school.
